Civil service 40 year long faithful service medal. the medal retains 99% of it gold wash, and 100% of it´s black enameled swastika. The reverse is equally impressive, with the inscription in Fraktur (gothic type) "Für treue Dienste" (For loyal/Faithful service"), it is suspended from a royal blue, rayon ribbon and is complete with it´s pin and catch. the medal is housed in a red leather like covered box, with an embossed gold "40" within a wreath on the lid.
