This magazine case were originally developed for use with the MG13, and held up to eight magazines with 7.92mm ammunition. Early war pattern, tooled, steel construction with tooled steel fittings. The case is painted in tan, brown and green camo.  The case features a fold back top lid with diagonally angled side panels, a riveted on, staggered, steel bar hinge to the reverse and a riveted on steel pressure closure clip to the obverse. Top of the case also have riveted on, open rectangular, swivel, steel carrying  handles with stitched on leather grips. Case would make a nice addition to a display. The magazine is not included.
